Membership & Payment

The Check In is a paid, members-only community. No free trials, no gimmicks, no multiple tiers. One membership, one fee, one level of access for all.

We offer two payment options:

  • Monthly – Pay month-to-month with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
  • Annual – Commit for a full year and save on your membership.

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not see or store your financial details.

No Professional Advice. No Crisis Support.

The Check In is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

If you’re in crisis, seek immediate professional support. Call a crisis hotline, reach out to a trusted professional, or get the help you need—quickly.

Community Guidelines
To keep The Check In a strong, safe space, we have a few non-negotiables:

  • Show up.
  • Listen as much as you speak.
  • No hate, harassment, or toxic behavior.
  • No selling, spamming, or self-promotion.
  • No alcohol or drugs on any calls.

If a facilitator notices a member acting out of alignment with our values, they will be removed from calls immediately—no warnings.

Appeals & Accountability

If you believe you were removed unfairly, you can appeal by emailing hello@thecheckin.live. Facilitators and moderators will review appeals on a case-by-case basis.

Membership Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Your membership will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds. This is about commitment—to yourself, your growth, and the community.

Not sure you’re ready? Fair enough. Take a moment to check in with yourself before signing up. Choose the commitment level that feels right—monthly for flexibility or annual to go all in.
